Irma Berdzenishvili — Founder and Lead Trainer in EFFILAB
Irma is an expert in organizational efficiency and in Lean and Agile transformation, with years of hands-on experience helping companies reduce process waste, speed up decision-making, and build systems that actually work in day-to-day operations.
Her career spans large-scale operational and digital transformations at Georgia's leading financial and consulting organizations, where she has driven change at both the strategic and the practical level.
Irma has taken part in Agile and operational transformations at two of Georgia's largest financial institutions. At one of them she led a company-wide transformation that reached dozens of teams, processes, and management systems.
She was part of the first systematic rollout of Lean Management and Agile in Georgia, working alongside the international consultancy McKinsey & Company and a local team across both front-office and back-office functions covering strategy, the operating model, management systems, and the practical standards for how teams work day to day.
